In these versions if you search for e.g. Bill Gates and then afterwards search again you will see that Bill Gates is still visible. In earlier versions the old text was SELECTED so that it was very quick to type over it. From 2013 it is not auto selected you have to first manually delete the old text.
It only takes a little longer but it is annoying!
This AddIn just puts the old behaviour back and auto selects the old text.
It's completely free but no support or guarantee it will work for you. If for any reason it causes problems or you don't like it just uninistall either by running the msi again or from the control panel.
Simply run the MSI with PowerPoint Closed and use Find as before.
