My Files Show As ICONS!

In 2007 / 10 files normally show an image of slide 1 for easy recognition.

If this is somehow turned OFF and you want it back on or maybe you just want it OFF then it's quite hard to find the setting needed.

2007

Go to "The Orb" >> Prepare >> Properties

You should see the Document Properties Pane. Use the menu to select Advanced properties.

Now Open the Summary tab where you will be able to contol the preview picture for saved files.

If You Have 2010

Get to the same dialog by FILE >> Info and in the right hand pane EXPAND "Properties"
